Born and raised in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago, Lizzy is a graduate of Providence Catholic High School in New Lenox, Illinois. She went on to earn dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Business Management from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, building a strong foundation in financial strategy and market analysis.
Lizzy launched her career as an insurance broker at a reputable firm in downtown Chicago, where she honed her skills in client relations, risk management, and negotiation. With a drive to expand her expertise, she completed her real estate broker courses while working full-time and promptly passed her real estate licensing examination.
Today, Lizzy is an experienced real estate broker with a deep commitment to helping clients achieve their real estate goals, whether it’s finding their dream home, investing in rental properties, or selling for maximum value. She brings her financial acumen, market insight, and dedication to customer service to every transaction, ensuring clients feel supported and informed at every step.
A native Spanish speaker, Lizzy takes pride in supporting the Spanish-speaking community, providing bilingual service to clients and fostering strong connections through her cultural roots.
Juan M. Guzman
Juan began his professional journey by interning at a respected law firm known for its strong representation of the Spanish-speaking community and its bilingual legal team, one of few in the Will County area. Recognized for his dedication and skill, Juan was soon offered a full-time role as a Paralegal, where he gained extensive experience across multiple legal areas. Juan plans to continue his studies and attend law school to become an attorney.
With the support of his family and friends, Juan expanded his career into real estate, completing his broker courses and quickly earning his license as a real estate broker. Building on his legal expertise, Juan brings an in-depth understanding of contracts, negotiations, and client advocacy to his real estate practice, allowing him to guide clients confidently through each step of their transactions.
As a broker, Juan values open communication and is passionate about helping clients achieve their real estate goals. His combined background in law and real estate enables him to offer unique, goal-driven services that make the buying or selling process both efficient and informed.
